What we collect
When you submit an application or send a contact message, we collect the details you submit: name, email, phone, address, birthdate, schooling, and any message. We also receive standard server logs (IP address, user agent) used to rate-limit abuse.
How we use it
Application details are stored so admissions can review your application and write you about next steps, open-house dates, and enrollment. Contact messages are read by admissions. We send a confirmation email when you submit an application. We do not sell this information.
Who holds it
Records live in our database (Supabase) and, for outbound mail, with our email provider (Resend). Access is limited to academy staff via a password-gated registrar.
How long
We keep application and contact records while the academy is forming and enrolling, and for a reasonable period afterward so we can honor your request. Write info@paramountbarber.org to correct or delete your record.
